- Won State Championships, League and Tournament titles at the club level.
- Developed youth players and assisted in placement to Indiana, UCI, UCSB, USF, Sonoma State, and Vanguard Universities. (player list available upon request)
- MVHS playoffs three out of five seasons, South Coast League Champions twice, League MVP twice, two All American Western Regional team. In season 2006 ranked in the top ten Nationally.
- Attended Regional Camp Cal South ODP staff BU16 for two seasons at the University of Montana. Players included Ryan Valdez, Tony Lawson, Leonard Griffin UCLA, Landon Donovan US National Team.
- National D license, Coerver Licensed (one of thirty approved licensees within the US)

Coaching Strengths
Proven experience both on and off the field, with a strong network of College and USSF connections to assist players in the future. Entered coaching in Mission Viejo at MVSC in the “Glory Days”, and then Irvine Strikers. Appointed Head Coach at Mission Viejo H.S. and built the program into a top ranked school in five years. Born and raised in Southern England and returns regularly with youth teams, and has learned from some very knowledgeable coaches. Has an excellent disciplinary record as a coach, and demands the same from any player.
Personal Details
Principle in an Engineering Company in Orange County working in the OIL and Gas Industry. Roger resides in Mission Viejo, married to Cecilia for thirty years with two children, a daughter working in Educational Psychology, and a son in Physical Therapy and coaching
