LOOKING FOR EXTRA TRAINING?

For players who enjoy recreational soccer and are looking for additional development, Santa Cruz United also offers our Pathway to Comp Soccer Program.
Pathway to Comp is designed to bridge the gap between recreational soccer and competitive club soccer. Players receive structured training from experienced Santa Cruz United coaches, with a focus on technical development, decision-making, confidence on the ball, and game understanding.
This program is a good fit for players who may be interested in competitive soccer in the future, or for recreational players who simply want more training in a developmental environment.

Can Players Participate in Both Programs?
Yes! Players are welcome to participate in both Aptos Soccer Club recreational soccer and Santa Cruz United’s Pathway to Comp Soccer Program, as long as schedules allow.
This gives players the flexibility to enjoy recreational soccer while also gaining advanced training and experience through our developmental sessions and NorCal playdates.
For many players, recreational soccer provides the team and game experience, why Pathway to Comp provides additional training and development.
